Beyab Al Azizeyyah Hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This place is completely misleading and should not be advertised as a hotel. The reality is nothing like what is shown online. The suite had zero privacy felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained and was absolutely not suitable for a proper stay. When I raised these issues immediately after arrival the front desk staff showed total indifference. No apology no solution no professionalism just a refusal to help. Despite the clear mismatch between the advertisement and reality they refused to adjust or refund the booking. This establishment seems more interested in taking money than providing any level of service or honesty. Staying here was stressful frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. I strongly warn others to avoid this place entirely. If you value privacy comfort or basic customer service stay somewhere else. If you decide to book despite these issues, I strongly advise booking for only one night while you look for alternative accommodation.
