Very disappointing experience. I had booked a room in advance and traveled all the way from Jeddah to Madinah. We arrived at around 3:00 AM, only to be told that the hotel was full and that there was no room available for us, despite having a confirmed reservation. The staff were very unprofessional and did not provide us with any proper solution. In the end, we had to leave and spend the night elsewhere. I had already read the negative reviews before booking, but I convinced myself that maybe my experience would be different. Unfortunately, the reviews turned out to be true. I would not recommend this hotel.
