Poor Service and Staff Conduct Dear Management, I had a very poor experience at your hotel. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Despite multiple pilgrim complaints about the WiFi, no action was taken. We also had to request towels three times, which made us 30 minutes late for our plans. I expect better service for guests, especially pilgrims. Please address this urgently.This service is unacceptable. **RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT** I don’t really understand what she is being paid for ??????? Rooms: spacious and clean. Ac works great. Hot water available for shower. Location: Very near to Masjid Nawabi But wait what’s the point if you are paying so much and ask for towel WiFi passwords please don’t visit here
