I visited a friend there who invited us for suhoor. We sat at the restaurant with food and the staff were rude. They didnt want us to have suhoor there. But they didn't know how to say it politely, even the in charge there behaved badly. It seems they are not trained in hotel management. The security also is a proud fellow. He was telling us why the children are running around in the lounge. How come the security at the door is supposed to speak about it? I also heard one of the staff speaking rudely to another customer. So overall I think it's not a one person issues. The whole team needs proper training on customer handling
