An outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally well-mannered, professional, and genuinely supportive. During our Umrah trip, we faced an unexpected issue, and the reception team along with the Operations Manager went above and beyond to help us. They supported us with great care, personally offered us lunch, and treated us like family throughout the entire situation. Their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to assist made a difficult time much easier for us. A very special thanks to Mr. Nawaf Al Harbi. He is truly a great hotelier whose professionalism, compassion, and dedication to guest satisfaction are remarkable. He made us feel valued and cared for, and I will always be grateful for his support. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah. Their exceptional service and genuine hospitality make it a place you can trust with complete confidence.
