Rating: 1/5 Stars I had a very disappointing experience while attempting to make a reservation at this hotel. The level of service I encountered before even stepping foot on the property was completely unprofessional and a major deterrent. I called to inquire about whether the dinner included in the half-board package is served as a buffet or a set menu. The staff member who answered was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked the most basic hospitality standards. His response was, 'I don’t know, it might be a buffet, and it might not.' When I asked for a way to verify this information, he coldly replied that he had no information and could not assist me. When I requested to speak with the hotel manager, the staff member initially refused. After I persisted, he tried to dodge the request by claiming the manager was not on duty, and when I asked when he would be back, he claimed he had no idea! After significant effort, he finally identified the manager as 'Mr. Mazen.' If this is the standard of communication and transparency provided to a potential guest, I have no interest in staying here. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of the front-desk staff are unacceptable. I strongly advise management to review their staff training and operational transparency. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my stay.
