The hotel staff member clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers, how to treat them with respect, or how to behave professionally. The abusive language he used was completely unacceptable. Is this really how tourists are expected to be treated in the UAE? My experience was shocking and deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that your mother or sister never has to hear the kind of words you used while speaking to me. No one deserves to be treated that way. Every customer should be treated with basic respect, professionalism, and dignity.
