Thank you mustafa and Bilal and Tavish for everything We had an unexpected extended stay at this hotel after getting stranded in Dubai due to the flight disruptions, and we’re truly grateful for how well everything was handled. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional during a stressful situation, and they kindly allowed us to extend our stay until our rescheduled flight. Their support and calm management made a big difference.
