at this hotel. The customer service was not up to the expected standard, and the staff did not seem attentive or responsive to guests’ concerns. Good customer service is an essential part of the overall hotel experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience. If you tell me exactly what the staff did, I can make the review more specific and impactful.
