A bad hotel, whether in terms of treatment or customer service. Delay in cleaning the rooms. The important thing is that you will pay money and you will not find comfort. This is an opinion. Even the language of the dialogue is not present. You call them and they come to the room and clean it. They tell you to wait an hour or two. Is there a shortage of workers in the hotel or is it normal for them?
