I stayed at this hotel with my family for five days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. For a 5-star hotel, the level of service did not meet our expectations. The security staff Ahmed was particularly unhelpful. They kept introducing new rules and repeatedly said these instructions came from the General Manager, which made us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. We also had an unpleasant experience with housekeeping. Two staff members came to clean our room but spent most of the time talking to each other in their local language in front of us instead of focusing on their work. We found this to be unprofessional. Overall, I don’t think this hotel is well suited for families. It seemed to cater more towards couples. If you’re traveling with family, I would recommend considering the Hilton located directly opposite this hotel instead.
