I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at OYO Rooms Al Wehda Hotel in Dubai. Although I had a confirmed booking, I was informed upon arrival that no rooms were available and that online bookings were not accepted. I was not provided with the room I booked, and the hotel staff was unhelpful. They asked me to make a new payment for a new booking, and I had no choice but to pay again directly. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the payment made through the OYO application, as my original booking was not honored.
