I stayed here for more than 5 days during New Year’s, paying a very high price at that time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager, Lakshman, was especially unprofessional. When we arrived and showed our booking, instead of welcoming us, he simply told us to “sit for 10–20 minutes” with no explanation. That’s not how guests should be treated. The amenities were also far below expectations. They provide only one 200ml water bottle on the first day—nothing after that. No one came to clean the room during our entire stay. The lighting in the room was dim, and overall the service did not match the amount we paid. The biggest issue was the lack of proper response from the manager throughout our stay. It left us feeling ignored and disappointed. The only positive thing is the location, which is close to Baniyas Square metro station. Would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
