Have booked for 3 adult and one kid, paid money for extra bed while booking a superior triple room. When while check in they informed me room is not vacant and provided me with a duplex room with 2 bed and they converted the sofa to extra bed. Since it was too late i had no other choice, room was smelly and the bathroom in poorly maintained. Can find insects in room & bathrooms are slippery, bed sheets are torn and windows not clean. Not recommended for family. 👎🏻
