The support at the front desk by Ms.Sivagami was very friendly fabulous and explained very well and went on an extra mile to create accord membership for accumlating the points for future stay and usage during the time if check in. As the saying goes, first impression is the best impression, it gave me a best feeling and comfort for my long period of stay in the hotel. The room service, the staff in the lobby, restaurant and everyone was courteous and had a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout.
