Jannah Dubai Creek Hotel - formerly Edge Creekside Hotel

My stay at Jannah Dubai Creek Hotel was decent overall. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast and dinner. I was expecting a proper buffet with a wider variety of options, but there were only a few dishes available, which made the dining experience feel limited. On the positive side, I would like to give special appreciation to our dinner waiter, Pyune. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. His positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience much more enjoyable. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was not as pleasant. The staff member who checked us in seemed uninterested and came across with an indifferent attitude, which wasn’t very welcoming. I also experienced some internet connectivity issues during my stay, although I was eventually able to resolve them. One thing I truly appreciated was that the hotel kindly allowed me a 1-hour late checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture and very helpful. Overall, I’d rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. There are some good aspects, especially the service provided by Pyune and the late checkout, but improvements in the dining options, Wi-Fi reliability, and front desk hospitality would make the stay much better.
