ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel

I am currently on my second day of a 3-day stay, and I love supporting businesses with positive feedback to help them grow. The staff here are excellent! I am actually from a hospitality background myself and am deeply passionate about this industry, so I truly understand and appreciate the hard work that goes into guest service. Early this morning, I had a sudden personal emergency and dialed '0' for the operator to request a vanity kit and an ironing board. They delivered the vanity kit incredibly fast, which I am so grateful for. However, the ironing board was missed. I dialed '0' a second time to follow up and continued to wait, but still did not receive it. After waiting for over an hour, I made a third call,this time contacting Guest Services directly. They handled it instantly, and the ironing board was in my room within just 2 to 3 minutes! When staying away from home, we choose a hotel specifically because we need comfort, convenience, and reliable service, which we are paying for. I am sharing this constructively from a hospitality perspective because the hotel and staff are wonderful. Paying a little more attention to tracking requests across calls will ensure guests get that seamless comfort they pay for and make this already great service truly perfect.
