Our stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Residences Al Rigga was very disappointing. Basic amenities were not provided in the room, and we had to repeatedly request essentials such as a dental kit and water. Service was slow and lacked attention to guest needs. What made the experience worse was the poor customer service from a male staff member at the reception during our morning call - around 10 a.m., who was rude and unprofessional. Overall, this did not reflect the standard expected from the Hyatt brand. The service quality needs serious improvement.
