Overall, our stay was okay. We weren't expecting a luxury experience, and for the price, it was decent. The location is excellent, and the room was very spacious, although the design was quite simple rather than elegant. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience much more pleasant. We booked the full board package. The food was okay, nothing exceptional, but acceptable for the price. The only downside was our lunch buffet experience. A large group of professionals, who we were told worked at a nearby bank, were also dining there. Unfortunately, several people in the group were smelling and even tasting food directly at the buffet before serving themselves, which we found quite unhygienic and unpleasant. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but if these corporate lunch groups are a regular occurrence, I would recommend avoiding the buffet during lunchtime and dining elsewhere instead. Overall, it's a good value hotel with a great location and excellent staff.
