Galaxy Star Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a major letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional environment. The Issues: • Poor Customer Service: The staff was dismissive and unhelpful. From check-in to check-out, it felt like any request was an inconvenience to them. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to solve problems. • Lack of Cleanliness: The room was unacceptably dirty. I found dust on most surfaces, the linens didn't feel fresh, and the bathroom was clearly not scrubbed properly before my arrival. • General Maintenance: The overall upkeep of the room was lacking, making the entire stay feel "grimy" rather than relaxing. Bottom line: There are plenty of other options in Deira that offer better service and much cleaner facilities for the same price. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
