⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was surprised by the way she spoke and treated me as a guest. The attitude and communication were unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. I tried to explain the issue, but instead of solving it respectfully, the situation became worse. I recommend the management to train the staff properly and focus on customer service. It is better to lose 50 dirhams than to lose a guest’s respect and trust. Very disappointing experience
