I stayed for 11 days at Arabian Courtyard Hotel recently. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the location is convenient. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM and I arrived at 12:00 PM, I had to wait until 2:30 PM to receive my room. The check-in process was very slow, and the receptionist was not very helpful. The Wi-Fi was another downside, with speeds of only around 3–4 Mbps and frequent disconnections. I reported the issue, but very little was done to improve it. Overall, the hotel has great rooms, food, cleanliness, and location, but the slow check-in process and poor Wi-Fi need improvement.
