I recently stayed at Al Waleed Hotel and my experience was made truly special by Asha. From the moment we checked in, Asha welcomed us with a genuine smile and incredible hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - whether it was arranging things quickly, giving local recommendations, or just checking in to see if we needed anything. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet staff who make you feel like family. Asha is a real asset to Al Waleed Hotel.
