K108 Hotel is well established, and the location is convenient. One of its strengths is that the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is a nice addition for guests looking to relax. However, the property feels quite outdated and would benefit from more investment in maintenance and cleanliness. The carpets, in particular, appear worn and are difficult to keep clean. If regular deep cleaning is not sufficient, it would be better to replace them with porcelain flooring, which would be more hygienic, modern, and easier to maintain.
