My stay at City Gate Hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The professionalism and teamwork across all departments truly stood out. At the Front Office, the reception team and guest relations staff were extremely welcoming and professional. The front desk agents handled check-in and check-out smoothly, answered all my questions politely, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Housekeeping Department did an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The housekeeping attendants were hardworking and attentive to detail, ensuring the rooms were always clean, fresh, and well prepared. Their effort really made the stay comfortable. The Food and Beverage Department also deserves special recognition. The restaurant staff, waiters, waitresses, and kitchen team delivered great service and delicious meals. The chefs prepared high-quality dishes, and the service staff were friendly, fast, and very professional. The Security Team maintained a safe and calm environment for guests at all times. Their presence was reassuring and showed strong professionalism. The Maintenance and Engineering Department ensured that all facilities were working perfectly. Everything in the room and around the hotel was well maintained and in great condition. Finally, the management team and supervisors clearly lead the hotel with strong organization and care for both guests and staff. Their leadership reflects in the excellent service provided by every department. Overall, City Gate Hotel provides outstanding hospitality thanks to the dedication of its managers, supervisors, receptionists, housekeeping staff, restaurant team, security officers, and maintenance personnel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and great service.
