This is a great option for families! The service and the staff is the best part about this hotel! Jabb, Sherlyn, Bella, Oa, Tory…and every person at breakfast…are all exceptional. We have always stayed at the Marriott Marquis but with a longer trip and a washer and dryer being important, this was a great choice. The location is good and central but it is a bit of a walk to the BTS. The shuttle is ok but the timing is not ok. Highly recommend.

- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
