We had an absolutely exceptional stay at here. After traveling for six weeks, this was the hotel that truly stood out to us. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were generously given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our one-night stay incredibly special and unforgettable. The room was beautiful, and the views were absolutely incredible. The restaurants were also delicious, and every detail of our stay felt thoughtfully taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Fame, who went above and beyond to make our experience so seamless. We were traveling with seven suitcases, and he was incredibly helpful with all of our luggage. He was also extremely knowledgeable and kind, helping us arrange our airport transfer and giving us wonderful recommendations for places to visit before our departure. We have stayed at many hotels throughout our six-week travels, and Banyan Tree Bangkok was by far one of the most memorable. The combination of exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, delicious dining, and genuinely attentive staff made this stay stand out. We will absolutely be continuing to stay at Banyan Tree properties around the world. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Mr. Fame, for making our stay so unforgettable!

- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card, and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorisations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.
- Please note that renovation work in the Poolside area and selected public areas, including the main lobby, will be carried out from 15 July to 15 November 2026.
- The Vertigo and Moon Bar will be closed from 16 June to 30 November 2026.
- The Saffron Restaurant will be closed from 16 June to 30 November 2026.
- The Vertigo Too and Bai Yun will be closed from 16 August to 16 October 2026. A deposit may be required at the property.
