The staff in this hotel was super helpful and friendly. They greeted us every morning and every night when we left and came back to hotel. They also actively offered to help us with our heavy shopping bags when we came back to lobby entrance by grab. Though the shower pressure at the room is not high enough, the housekeeping was excellent and the location of the hotel was convenient. Thank you so much for the help of the staff, especially housekeeper Katty and the two nice staff who helped us to organize and pack all our luggage into a regular size taxi. The stay was decent and excellent as a whole.

- Renovation work is taking place until the end of October 2026. The lobby and all-day dining restaurant are under renovation from July 2026 to August 2026.
- Important Notice: Scheduled annual electrical maintenance on 10 August 2026 from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. During this period, there will be no power supply in guest rooms and restaurants. Emergency lighting and guest elevators will remain operational; however, air conditioning and other electrical appliances in guest rooms will not be available. Complimentary light snacks and refreshments will be served in the lobby (L Floor). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. A deposit may be required at the property.
