Since my arrival in the middle of heavy rain, staff greeted me warmly with a towel to dry myself and get comfortable already. They made check in smooth and were proficient in English to understand me. The public areas such as the foyer, corridors and rooftop bar was impeccable, comfortably cool and cosy. I'm a bit of a germophobe so this made me happy. Staff were always chatty and so welcoming. I actually miss how nice the people were in Thailand overall, since coming home. But the hotel staff were especially the nicest. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Reading any negative reviews I saw last month was no an accurate reflection of this lovely hotel. I've travelled alot and this is genuienly a hotel I would come back to again. They even gave me a free breakfast upgrade! Food and cocktails were absolutely excellent too. So please, make yourself at home here
