We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the excellent service provided by the entire team. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mr. Bam, whose exceptional room service made our stay even more enjoyable. He is kind, professional, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. His genuine hospitality and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us. Thank you to Mr. Bam and the entire hotel team for making our stay so pleasant.
