This is a truly great hotel! The rooms, the restaurants, the breakfast with an insane amount of quality options. But what really makes this hotel great is the staff. They go above and beyond, always smiling, friendly, looking to help and offer advice. I can’t really single one out as all were great, and I also am not good with names! Big is definitely one of the staff who went above and I remember him largely as he was the last member of staff who said farewell when I left. The hotel is a bit far from a BTS but there is a shuttle to one for free provided by hotel, and another is just under 20 minute walk. I also highly recommend the Yeo rooftop bar, again with exceptional staff, and a great calm place to relax in calm after a busy day in Bangkok (there is a DJ also so when I say calm it is balanced, and if you want music it’s big enough to sit near, and if not, to sit further away), with spectacular views! Thank you!
