It was good for price and met my expectation. It’s not bougie and room was a bit rundown but the location is great and was a great base for my stay in Tokyo. Front staff was also friendly, helpful, and could understand English.

- - For guests staying 6 nights, we will exchange towels and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning. - For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above. *If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the hall side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am. - For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.
- Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.
- Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.
