Great location. It’s very close to Ayase Station, with a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to grab food or catch the train. The downside is that the entire 8th floor smelled like cigarette smoke, and you could even smell it in the elevator. If you’re sensitive to smoke, this could be a problem because of the secondhand smoke exposure. The bathroom was also very small and felt cramped. On top of that, the automatic bidet wasn’t working during my stay. I would stay here again only for the location, but I hope they address the smoking smell and fix the bathroom facilities.
