We stayed here for 5 days and it was, hands-down, the best stay of our entire Japan trip. There wasn’t thing I could nitpick and complaint about at this hotel. The staff, location, rooms, services - all beyond excellent. My partner and I had the best 4 nights of sleep, and even something as minor as the bath hot water temperature was just perfect? If I were to ever come back to Tokyo, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Many many congratulations to the owners for creating and nurturing something so lovely :)

- Children 6 year old and over are charged the same rates as adults.
- Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: - At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet. - At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right. - Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street. -- The property looks out on a narrow side-street, which branches off from the main street. This side-street might be a bit hard to find for a first-time guest. We strongly recommend printing out the map or the pictures in this page in advance. A deposit may be required at the property.
