The hotel is old and outdated; the rooms are run-down. It was as if the staff wasn't listening at all to what was being said to them besides the fact that the staff doesn't speak English at all. Cleaning the room is a joke—as you can see from our photos. I have no idea if all hotels in Japan are like this, but in Tokyo, if something works, it works—and you shouldn't invest in it; the prices are outrageous. I don't recommend this hotel. Despite its great location
