Fair enough the cheap rooms are small but i could barely open the fridge, there wouldn't be enough room for 2 people with luggage included. The morning breakfast was also lacking but maybe the one time I went was too late as only drinks and bread were available at the time. The staff were very friendly and decent English. The area itself was full of restaurants and smaller speciality shops. There's also a community gym nearby you can use for 300 yen! Maybe best for solo travellers or couples that dont mind budget hotels.
