- Can't complain about the room itself. I got a private double -- small, but clean and tasteful. - Service was excellent! Incredibly friendly staff - I felt like the common spaces were a tad cramped, not incredibly conducive for social facilitation, and that the rooftop could use a tad more love put into it. Nothing crazy bad about the place by any means, but as someone who tries to be attuned to design choices and the way space affects interactions, these are my thoughts. That being said, it's Tokyo! Gonna be cramped by nature.
