Why is there no 0 star rating? There is no clean service, and only a 6-night stay is permitted. No water bottles are provided. No phone is available to contact the reception. The entire experience is far from this hotel. The reception is not accessible except by calling them. They do not provide much assistance. The extension of the check-out time is limited to 4000 Yen per hour. The replacement of the towels should be done by calling them.
