Small … very small room for 2 adult and a kid with 2 luggages you don’t have anymore room to circulate. But very sweet and helpful team. The public room on the top with free coffee, tea and water is very convenient. They have also washing machines. The location is also very convenient. Very close to many public transportations, close to Ginza (walking distance) and to Tokyo station (2 stations away). We had a great time in Tokyo at this hotel despite is very small for 3 of us.
