This was my families third time to Japan. We had previously stayed at large hotels. We were so incredibly happy finding Laffitte. Check in was incredibly easy thanks to the lockbox. Unfortunately after 10 days we misplaced our key and customer service was so quick to make sure we got a replacement ASAP so we didn't have to miss out on a precious day in Tokyo (we did pay a fee but since it was our mistake that was expected!) We brought our 4 year old daughter and she absolutely loved the family suite! They even had children's books and Manga to read in the cute bookshelf by the bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the bath/shower combo and the shampoo and conditioner was AMAZING! The loft upstairs was perfect to keep our luggage. Location is absolutely perfect. You truly get the full Tokyo experience staying here. We have stayed at luxury hotels in Tokyo and would never think twice about doing that again. Laffitte will always be our go to now Any negative reviews clearly didn't do their research! Thanks so much for having us! Stevens family
