We booked this hotel because we wanted to relax in the onsen for most of the time. We thought that the place would have two onsens but they only have one and the times are separated for men and women. You can only get in from 18:00-21:30 for women and men from 22:00 then only women again in the morning. We paid quite a lot for the room and expected more but we should have just gone to a normal onsen and not this hotel. We could have done more at a normal onsen and be free for looonngg hours instead of this place.
