After being racially profiled at check-inn, I wrote a complaint, and it turns out that it was not a mistake, but the hotel is unapologetically racist. So I will avoid from now on all keikyu ex inns. For those who still want to stay, it is convenient to Haneda, but the rooms are very basic. Re answer: The hotel trust Japanese looking customers to fill in their address correctly, but double check it for foreign looking guest because they are suspicious. If you treat people differently by how they look, this is called racial profiling. It is the first time in many years that this has happened to me in Japan. Only stay there if you don't mind them viewing you as suspicious for looking foreign.
