There’s a hugeeee construction going on right next to the hotel.. huge means like gigantic… probably as big as the Shinagawa station… The air quality is really bad- and as the person very sensitive to the air quality, just by walking to the hotel makes my throat dry and itchy, and the whole hotel smells somewhat dusty not because it’s old, because the air ventilation seems like not good enough (not enough window!!) and the window in the room is tinyy…
