Very convenient since is close to 2 train stations. One which comes from narita airport, and the other one i used mostly for the daily activities in tokyo. Additionally, there is a convenient store on the block next to it. It isnt visible because it is under the trail rail, but still. The only point is the noise because there is a rail next to it. The noise did not disturb me but it is just a good point to know
