The room is absolutely terrible, covered in dust everywhere. The air conditioner is caked in grime like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, and the entire room was never properly dusted—even the air purifier was filthy too. What’s more, the sound insulation is extremely poor. I originally booked a 10-night stay through the app, but I was hugely disappointed after checking in. I offered to pay a reasonable cancellation fee to end my booking early, yet the hotel flat-out refused any refund options. Their only terms are either I stay for the full 10 days, or I check out early and forfeit the entire payment. This treatment is really appalling
