Good value room conveniently located a few minutes from the JR station. I had a plumbing issue one of the night. The night auditor personally came over immediately to assess and the situation, mitigate the impact and took detailed notes for the day staff to address. Manager later followed up with a thorough account of findings / resolutions and even offered to move me to a different room (not required). Issues can occur at any hotel but this was handled above and beyond my expectation.
