GYM, POOL AND SPA DO NOT ALLOW VISIBLE TATTOOS! This was not mentioned on the hotel website, Expedia or Hotels.com. I had to workout in pants, longs sleeves and gloves and was not able to use the pool area. Best hotel gym I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Very clean and luxurious rooms. Neighbourhood is quiet and everything closes early but it’s just a 10 minute train ride to more popular spots.

- Please note that guests must be 18 years old and above and hotel guest only to use the property's fitness center which includes the swimming pool, spa bath and sauna.
- Fitness center is closed on every 1st of each month.
- Please note that the property entrance on Aoyama Dori Street is closed between 00:00-06:30. Guests expecting to arrive during this time are required to use the main entrance on Stadium Dori Street.
- Please note that charging for utilizing swimming pool in “Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club” will be officially started from 11th April 2022. Entrance fee: JPY3,300（consumption tax included）/per person /per use.
- Please note that the hotel will undergo Large-scale renovation work of the building and facilities on the following dates: 19/02/2026 to 31/03/2027.(scheduled)Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
