1. The check-in process requires way too many steps on their online portal, even while standing right at the front desk. On top of that, the staff still has to manually finalize everything anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of making us do it on our phones. 2. It's a long walk from the Skyliner Train Station, so it's inconvenient if you are coming from Narita Airport. 3. The lobby smells like a poorly-ventilated restroom. I’ve stayed in over two dozen hotels and have never experienced anything like this before. 4. The room photos on the booking website are deceptive—the actual room is much smaller, with almost no storage space. There’s no coffee table either, and the mini-fridge is so weak it’s practically useless. 5. No room cleaning or towel replacement services for consecutive-night stays. You are essentially paying hotel prices for a hostel experience. 6. The curtains don't block light at all, causing me to wake up around 5 AM and feel tired for the rest of the day.
