Unfortunately, this was the only disappointing hotel during our trip. We stayed at two other hotels throughout our travels, and each was wonderful—clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Thankfully, this stay was only for one night. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, and there were multiple cleanliness issues throughout. I’m attaching photos so others can see what we experienced (chunk of hair in the carpet and urine stains in bathroom). The first staff member was not polite at all. My husband booked a 4 person bedroom but forgot to include our kids. Even though we didn’t want the breakfast they still charged us $80 USD for the bedding for 2 beds that were already in the room. We stayed at 2 different Mimaru apartment hotels during our trip which were infinitely better both with staff and cleanliness. I’m very glad this was only for a night.
