I can't overstate how hard the mattresses are here. I've never in all my years of travelling encountered a bed that I couldn't sleep on, this was the first. Like sleeping on a park bench. After the first of my 4 nights here, having determined that changing accommodation wouldn't be viable, I bought a floor cushion from Nitori to make the mattress a tiny bit more comfortable. Everything else was reasonably good for a hostel situation. But the beds make that redundant. Also worth noting that the cafe pictured in much of the promo material is NOT a lounge. It's a cafe you have to pay to use, that just happens to be next to reception.
